Mary Regina (Moran) Langley, of Norwood, MA, died on December 4, 2021 after a brave and strong battle with Alzheimer's.

Mary was born in Boston Massachusetts to Annie O'Connor Moran and Luke Moran on June 30 1932
Mary graduated from St Mary's High School in 1950. Mary married Elmer A. Langley in 1952 in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mary was a strong woman, devoted wife and caring mother.
Mary loved to go to the cape on family vacations each summer, eat clam rolls, and lay on the beach….
Mary was a prolific shopper who knew how to drive a hard bargain, and many times walked away with a better bargain than when she started. She loved the mad rush of Filenes, basement, although her children did not.
She loved to catch up with her female friends on the phone, who she shared many hours of howling laughter with which could be heard throughout the house.
Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her loving son Richard Langley (Patti) of Seven Valleys, PA. Deborah Ellis (Arthur) of South Attleboro, Massachusetts, daughter Susan Kenney (Bill) of Sharon, Massachusetts, and son John Langley of Norwood, Massachusetts.
Mary has 10 adoring Grandchildren: Brandon and Allison Langley, Art, Ryan and Jeanine Ellis, Bill, Brendan and Nicole Kenney and Julia Desousa and Samantha Langley. Mary also has 11 great grandchildren.
Mary is also survived by siblings Jane Aroian of Newton Massachusetts, John Moran (Donna) of Quincy Massachusetts and her brother-in-law John Kennedy of Medfield, Massachusetts.

She was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband Elmer, oldest son Robert, her sister Nancy Kennedy, brother Francis Moran, sister-in-law Shirley Moran, brother Paul Moran, sister Margie Moran and brother-in-law Henry Arioan.
She will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews as Aunt Mary "who was the Best".

The Langley Family would like to Thank the devoted staff of Sunrise Assisted Living of Norwood. MA. where she lived for the past 6 yrs. and for treating our mother Mary with great care, and like "family" when we could not be there with her. After sometime she also referred to it as her home which speaks volumes about the people who work there. Thanks also to our extended family for visiting with our mom when they could, holding her dear in their hearts, and expressing much love to us since her passing.

Funeral services and interment will be private. Arrangements by the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, Westwood, MA.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimer's Association at or to St. Jude's Hospital for Children at
