Shelia ,my deepest condolences to you and your family . Gene was a great teammate and friend at St. Mary's. We spent many a trip on the MBTA coming home from practices. He was a good role model for us .

Sheila, I'm sad to hear of Gene's death. My brother Brian told me about his passing. I've been living in Livermore, CA for many years. My husband died from ALS at age 52...I was blest with great kids...like you.

I am very sorry to hear that Gene has passed away too suddenly, and want to express my sympathies to his family. I will remember Gene and picture him with a smile and being a very gentle man. Whenever we saw each other at work I really enjoyed talking with him. He was a good man and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May be rest in peace.
