DeSario Family,
So sorry to hear of Francis's passing into the afterlife. I have memories of him coming into my deli in Dedham for so many years. And of running into him on many occasions while visiting my old neighborhood in the North End. May you rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to Frank's family. Frank was the best of the best. When ever I would meet Frank on the street he always had the most warming and welcoming smile. My grandmother was Teresa DeSario from Terlizzi Italy. Frank and I could never find our family ties, but I know in my heart that we are cousins. Rest in Peace Frank.

The first description out of anyone’s mouth when describing Franks: he is a real gentleman. He always had a kind word to say, and was willing to lend a helping hand or advice. I will always have the fond memories of working with Frank on the BPD.....may he rest in peace

Frank was a great guy and a great Cop. I remembert Frank from my days working at the State House with the Mass State Police. I remember Frank letting my oldest Granddaughter sit on his BP Motorcycle for a photo shoot...Often saw him on his bike in the North End..He will be missed by all who knew him....RIP Frank...

May God bless you and your family Geri. It has been awhile, but it was always nice to see Frank with you, when you would come to the Cape.

Geri and family,
We were so very sorry to learn of Frank’s death. He was such a nice guy, always smiling and happy. We will keep him and all of you in our prayers.

I had the honor of working with Frank for many years in the TPF. He was a good and descent man who dedicated his life in the service of the citizens of the City of Boston. There were few in the north End or Government Center who did not know him and have the greatest respect for Frank.
He was always a pleasure to be around and I am sure will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Rest in Peace my friend, your Form 16 is approved.
